We offer individual overall concepts for noise control and supply integrated, complete solutions to industrial customers.
Our custom enclosure systems provide reliable protection against noise, laser radiation, dust, dirt, swarf, splash water (coolant), temperature fluctuations and more – an essential contribution to occupational safety and accident prevention.

Sound-insulating walls
With our system elements, noise can be reduced by means of wall elements – reducing sound transmission and absorbing sound. We design colour and texture to your requirements. Whether partition walls in halls, partial screening of machines, room dividers for workstations or movable partition walls: the system makes any individual solution possible.
Acoustic enclosures
Our high degree of specialisation is reflected in individual special solutions that also meet demanding design requirements. They are needed above all where noisy and quiet zones are very close together and special doors and gates must provide fast, safe access.
The requirements range from
- simple, small machine enclosures (partially and fully enclosed)
- highly functional enclosures with automatic doors and gates
- sound-insulated cladding for complex installations
- through to the insulation of control rooms
Silencers
Where air and other gaseous media flow through but acoustic requirements must be met, we use our silencers – as absorption or resonance silencers, depending on requirements. Where standard products are no longer sufficient, our systems are used, tailored to the structural and constructional conditions.

Noise
How does the ear react?
The bar below each line shows the sound level relative to the pain threshold of 120 dB.
- 35 dB Activation of the central and autonomic nervous systems; disturbance during relaxation and sleep possible
- 55 dB Impairment of communication and acoustic orientation; disturbance during concentrated work possible
- 70 dB Hearing recovers only with sufficiently long breaks
- 85 dB Onset of hearing damage; with long-term exposure, risk of destruction of the cilia in the inner ear
- 105 dB Increasing hearing damage
- 120 dB Sensation of pain
