Areas of expertise
From industrial structural steelwork to the float line
Steel for your industrial building
We supply the steel structure for your industrial building – designed, fabricated in Weiden and erected. Our steel structures are reliable and exceptionally stable with a low dead weight. On top of that come fast erection regardless of weather, immediate load-bearing capacity and large spans.

Industrial steelwork and platforms
Industrial steelwork has been our home ground for many years. Our customers include many well-known industrial companies; we will send you our reference list on request.
We are certified to EN 1090: factory production control to EN 1090-1 and welding certificate to EN 1090-2 up to execution class EXC3 (TÜV Rheinland), for structural steels and stainless steels. Welding supervision is the responsibility of an International Welding Engineer (IWE), deputised by an International and a European Welding Specialist (IWS, EWS); in addition, we have trained welders – always up to date.
- Saw-drill line Sections up to 1,000 mm wide
- Roller conveyor shot-blasting system up to 1,500 mm wide
- Flame-cutting machine up to 2,000 × 6,000 mm
- Gemini drilling and cutting system up to 3,000 × 4,500 mm

Architectural steelwork
Innovative architecture with steel attracts attention time and again – the design possibilities are almost limitless. The wide range of shapes, materials and colours can be tailored individually to your wishes and to a harmonious overall appearance.
We design, engineer and fabricate staircases, guard railings, balconies, bridges, roofed structures and canopies, and we extend or raise existing buildings and industrial halls. We will be pleased to advise you on the options and on special requirements.

Plant construction – float lines
We engineer and fabricate the heart of the float line, the float bath, with precision. The images show the float bath in Salavat (Russia), which we built together with our float technology partner GFT (German Float Technologies).

Stability
Steel structures with the highest load-bearing capacity
As an experienced structural steelwork company, we specialise in industrial construction, steel structures for industrial buildings and plant construction. Our steel structures offer the highest stability and load-bearing capacity – and, thanks to their high resistance, a maximum of safety over many years.
Steel is extremely resistant to wear and, with regular maintenance, remains in perfect condition for decades. Modern corrosion protection techniques such as galvanising or coating provide additional protection against moisture and rust. This makes steel structures a cost-efficient choice: low maintenance costs, long service life.
Construction method
Steel fabrication in our own works – erected quickly
We prefabricate the components to the millimetre in our production hall; on site they only need to be assembled. This shortens the construction time considerably compared with concrete or masonry construction with their long drying and curing phases. Erection takes place regardless of the weather – which reduces the risk of delays.
Precise planning and a high degree of prefabrication ensure optimal use of resources. Slender structures save material, short construction times save costs. And because steel is recyclable, raw materials are used sustainably.

Advantages
Why steel
- High load-bearing capacity
- Large column spacing
- Short construction times
- Prefabrication accurate to the millimetre
- Erection regardless of weather
- Low maintenance costs
- Slender, delicate structures
- Recyclable
Versatile applications
In modern architecture, steel is an indispensable building material. In industrial construction it is frequently used because of its strength and functionality: production halls, warehouses and logistics buildings benefit from large column spacing and fast construction times. In commercial construction, steel enables flexible space solutions that can be adapted quickly when requirements change. Whether as a load-bearing structure or as protection against external influences – steel meets the highest demands for efficiency and safety.
Green steel: sustainability and recyclability
As a medium-sized structural steelwork company, we are committed by conviction to “green steel” in order to realise environmentally friendly projects in industrial and plant construction. We attach great importance to sustainable processes and materials. Whether industrial plants, load-bearing structures or complex steel structures – we offer you innovative and sustainable solutions.
Modern design and individual styling
We implement structures that are not only functional but also aesthetically appealing. Thanks to the high load-bearing capacity, slender, delicate structures are possible – for spacious, light-flooded rooms and open building concepts that would be difficult to achieve with other materials.
Steel can be brought into almost any shape by bending, rolling or welding. This opens up new possibilities such as curved façades, sweeping bridges or self-supporting roofs – without compromising on stability. That is exactly what we stand for. For decades.
